However, records from ancient archives have spoken of stones, fallen from the sky and picked up from the fields. Their mystical blue gleam seemed to have a magical power to it. But rumour soon spread that these stones were dangerous and should be destroyed immediately, owners of these stones appeared to get lost, disappear, to never be heard of again. The vanishing of these people was a tragedy but was soon blamed on the stones they all had in possession, it’s mysterious blue colour had something ominous about them. Soon most of these rocks were destroyed, pulverised under the hammers of scared citizens who were afraid that they too would disappear to never be heard of again.
A few centuries later scientist found some rocks, hidden by their past owners, some of them merely large grains, some still their original size and others somewhere in between, salvaged, stolen or refound. Many of these scientist disappeared under the same suspicious circumstances as the discoverers of the stones centuries before. Some of these men had strange experiences while researching the stones, they seemed to have been bouncing through different parallel worlds. This so called timetravel occurred when stone fragments were held in a distance from each other, this created a crack in the timepath, this would not always happen as the energy of the stones had to be high enough to reach over that particular distance. The reason that they were able to come back was for the simple reason that in their experimenting they winded up a clockwork within the connected energy of both stones, making them able to be pulled back into their own timepaths after time ran out.
