Ok, some of you who know me, know my relation to toothpaste. Today I also found a picture that not only showed my actually cleaned up desk but also that one item. Yet, something was wrong. Find the differences.

This one also features toothpaste, I still got no idea what it was doing there. This is also how my desk used to look before I moved to the room behind that wall.
